Great work!
I took my Porsche to Novus and the office girl was very welcoming. The office was very busy at least 6-8 people waiting but they made time to make eye contact and to say ""HI"" withn 10 sec of me walking in. The office was very comfortable and did not mind waiting.
When it was my turn they sent out a tech to take my vin and info off the car inorder to make sure we ordered the correct glass, since there are a few ... view moreoptions on my car. They asked if I was going out of pocket of insurance? I told them insurance, so they asked for my policy card and took care of the rest and had the OEM glass next day!
On the day of my replacement they did a inspection and noted any dents or scratches ""which on my porsche their are non =) "" I thought it was a very smart on there end, that covers me as well as them. Four hours later I had my car back and it looked great!
I really can only say positive things for the Novus in Kennewick, right from the beginning thier was a good vibe and nothing but professional employees thru out. The Manger is a young man ""that drives a Porsche as well."" The office girl was a hoot and the installer had a lot of knowledge.
FYI- On a side note I have come to learn they are locally owned which is a big plus in my book.
