The owner Don Wells and his son David Wells are on site daily and oversee the repair of your vehicle. Established in 1967 in Waukegan and relocated to Gurnee in 2000 bringing many years of experience with them. I left angry and disappointed....

I left angry and disappointed. I called in advance to find out hours and the best time to arrive. I followed that advice and arrived 5 minutes early. At the posted opening time, the store was still closed, and no one answered the phone. The mechanics and front shop person arrived 15 minutes late without apology or greeting only to tell me that there would be an hour and a half wait. Staff is less than friendly a... view morend even less helpful. I will not recommend this location or service to anyone. In fact I`ll tell friends to go elsewhere.
