They have the worst customer service. They did not secure my locking lug nuts and I lost one and was told to bring it back so they could look at it. I told them to order a new set and to call me when they got there as I should not have to drive all the way out there for them to say that they would have to order them, They should have figured that out on their own. So it was like they were calling me a liar. So I wait... view more and wait and no call. So I call and get the same guy and he says that they have a box in back that they would look for it. This again made no sense as they are all different and would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. So I obviously was not getting through to this dim witted manager. So I go up there and there was another manager and a mechanic that just rolled their eyes at what the other guy said. They said that they would order me a set and call me. Well I waited and waited and weeks go by. I call up and they said that they were there and they tried to call. Excuse me??? I think not as I did not have a voice mail or missed call. So today I stop by to get the locks and wanted to take them and do it myself because I did not want to waste anymore time there. But they declined and would not give them to me so I waited. And the kicker and number one rule of Customer Service is you say I am sorry, How can we make it better? I have worked in automotive service for years This place is pathetic. So you be the judge. They have lost a customer.
