Bought an e46 1999 BMW 323i Manual Sedan there. At first the car had some various issues that they were fixing before I could even drive it and they addressed the major ones. Brian and Chris are nice guys....they took care of the car as promised and I have myself a good solid beater/commuter car. Horribly disappointed in Volo ...

Horribly disappointed in Volo Auto Exchange. I drove in 3.5 hours after being assured that the VW Cabrio convertible I was going to see &quot;looked and sounded great, was in superb mechanical condition&quot;. The car had dings and scratches all over, but that was the least of my worries. The car had a horrible vacuum leak, and for those of you mechanically inclined know there is no way a car with a vacuum... view more leak can sound &quot;great&quot;- it`s quite evident in the high pitched squeal. Also, the convertible top of the CONVERTIBLE didn`t work. Which the salesmen then told us he`d never even tried. When someone tells you that they will be driving in 3.5 hours to see a car and you assure them that things are all working fine, sounding fine and the car is in sound mechanical condition- it should be. That was the worst Cabrio that we`ve seen yet. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am and how angry I am at the dealership. Lies will get you no where.
