I took my Hybrid 2006 Honda Insight in for an exhaust repair. I thought after 6 years I would have an expensive repair and replacement. The garage found a gasket failure and rusted bolts and ordered the genuine replacement parts from Honda and it was fixed like new. Very good prompt and professional service. Thanks.

I thought my experience was good until I found out that a problem I had with my ignition switch was acting up again. I had originally taken my car to this place to fix which they did purchase a new ignition switch with cylinder and it was $264.95 for the part alone. Some months later I`m having the same type of problem with my car. This time I took to MLS Auto Clinic. I found out that the part that I paid for fro... view morem this place they only replaced the housing part of the cylinder and told me part of this price was for calling GM to have my key coded. My friend from MLS Auto Clinic told me that`s a load of BS because you can call and get it coded from GM for about $25. So I`m now having this problem fixed again and having the whole switch replaced but I`m going to be taking my car to MLS Auto Clinic off Hwy 50 in Salem from now on. Knowing what I know now, I won`t be taking my car to this place again. And it`s not that they do bad work but the fact that I basically paid for a part that they only used part of the whole part I paid for and I`m now having to have the other piece of the part replaced when this place should have replaced the whole part when I brought it to them and paid $264.95 for the whole part. Seems like a rip off when they charged me for the whole part and only used part of it and now I`m having to have the other piece of that part replaced by another auto repair shop. For the $500+ I had to pay for this shop to fix my car before I shouldn`t have to be paying for it again from another dealer. I will not be taking my vehicles to this shop again.
