VERY AGGRESSIVE TOWING COMPANY OWNER

All of you who are looking into reviews be aware and careful when dealing with Bristol Tire and Service located at 8335 200th Ave, Bristol, WI. The owner Pete Stemen must have some unresolved issues with women who ask questions. I went with my husband to get our car that had been hit by another driver on 02/03/2011. When I was asking a few questions to pass on to the insurance, the owner Pete Stemen became very agg... view moreressive when I asked him for a better invoice (his was very dirty, messy - extremely messy !!). I needed a better one: clean and showing clearly his services from I94 to his location. He became very aggressive, started raising his voice, started yelling and called me name (B...) in front of everybody. Because of an INVOICE. Then he told his employee to take our car back inside the garage.... Meaning: he was treatening not to return our car... hey, we were there with U$ 400.00 - CASH - and he was yelling and calling me name. Why? Because of an INVOICE....I think this man has serious issues. I really thought he was going to punch me. Bristol community be aware of the type of service you are going to have when you ask for invoices from Bristol Tire and Service.
