I am fairly new to the area, and had been using a nearby auto maintenance store for scheduled service but had reason to visit Andrew Toyota to have some recall work done. I was impressed! First impression, how easy it was to make an appointment and to have a person to ask for upon arrival. Second, their shuttle service was a pleasant surprise. I could have been driven anywhere within reason while my car was being... view more surfaced. Third, unlike my experience with some other Toyota dealerships, there was no attempt to sell me additional services.
