ordered my parts on Saturday. Recevied an email quickly, their warehouse was closed for the weekends so my part was pulled on Monday. I had received 2 emails keeping me up to date, So yes, they do care and stay in touch. I received my part Wednesday just as scheduled. I will be doing business with them again.

Avoid....need parts exchange via internet? ....forget it...no email replies at all.

Indiana customer needed parts exchange for a 19XX Volvo sedan....customer service wont return any emails.....once this google.com store has your money.....they just don`t seem to care if you nedd parts exchange...... view more.save your self time and frustration ....avoid ordering car parts from.... rockauto.com ... if rockauto.com finaly sends me emails I will change this review to reflect that ..... Off Topic: compliment:yellowpages.com webmaster(s) ... thank you all very much for making the edit/review button much easier to find .... spring 2009 .... now yellowpages.com is better than epinions.com ...... I`ll keep my past/present reviews civilized .... as I`m sure yellowpages.com owners/webmasters would appreciate ..... again the edit button is terrific ..... we can go back and completely re-write reviews if needed.
