I came here for a second opini...

I came here for a second opinion after the Vernon Hills shop refused to acknowledge an obvious shaking problem with brakes I had installed there. (See my review of them on here by looking up the NTB in VH). The NTB in Mundie fixed that problem by turning the rotors, but the problem crept back up after only about six months. This time they said it was a problem with the brake calipers and to come back a few months ... view morelater (I asked them if they had inspected the rotors and they said they had). I decided to get another opinion and so took the car (2001 Lexus LS 430) to the dealer where I bought it, and they were able to fix it by once again turning the rotors. They also said the calipers were fine. I guess the lesson here is to definitely not go to NTB for brakes.
