Not very helpful at all

The first reviewer is correct, this shop is not very helpful. Asked for a quote on a problem I was having with my car and was just told to "bring it in" and they weren`t able to tell me any more than that. I hung up, called Fresh Appearnce Auto and not only was this shop more friendly on the phone, he diagnosed my problem right then and there. Sorry Jim, need to work on your cusomter interaction skills.

Terrible

I have never been treated with such disrespect then I just was by a man at Jim`s Home Auto II on Lynnhaven Rd. The man at the desk had the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. He was rude while answering my questions.. had smart alic remarks and I will NEVER ever go back there again. I suggest that you don`t either. Awful service. They are going to keep losing customers unless they make a change... ... view morestarting with the service member they have working the desk.
