Great Experience

The service was great! I feel the staff is honest and not selling me services which are not needed. Everytime I visited the dealership, Chris was very straight forward with my needs. In addition, the cost is more resonable then other Hyundai dealerships in Hampton Roads.

A great dealership

I wanted a low pressure sales experience and that is exactly what I got. Jesse was polite, informative and did his best to ensure that I knew everything about the used car I purchased before I left the dealership. He had obviously researched the car before I arrived on the lot. Tysinger Hyundai - Great service!

I had to take my car on two different occassions for emergency repair and always recieved fast, efficient and courteous service. The second time, I didn`t even have an appointment and just took it up there at 8am and had to get to work. Well, Brett Whitney was fabulous as always, checked me in, got me a shuttle and then called me at work a couple of hours later to go over everything. The only reason I gave them four... view more instead of five stars is because they are a little on the pricey side, but hey you get what you pay for and the service here is definitely top-notch.
