This is the worst place for customer service. The sales department is arrogant and disrespectful towards you. The service department for customer service is even worse. The front desk mechanic or manager which ever he is will not look at you unless he personally knows you. He gives you that feeling that he is about to rip you off. They absolutely refuse to answer the phone in the service department. I had my mo... view moretorcycle serviced at this place and the service department clerk would not even discuss with me what they had done or completed on my motorcycle. I had to drag what they did to my bike out of him. That really scared me. I purchased the motorcycle from them but will not give them any more of my business and if ask will let my friends know that are looking for a motorcycle to go else where like Honda of Norfolk.
