Service Stinks!

The service center only takes appointments. It was a week to get a check engine light diagnosed. Ridiculous! Don`t get your extended warrenty through Carmax, because there`s a monetary "incentive" to take your vehicle back to Carmax for service. But their service is terrible!!! Definitely not getting our next car from there.
