Had a really good salesman named Donnie, but a full month after i had purchased the vehicle i was contacted by the finance dept. telling me there was a $98 difference in the payoff info they obtained, and the only way i could get my tags was to pay this. Since they are the ones responsible for getting the payoff info, and i had financed a vehicle for over $18k, and the car i traded they only gave me $10K for it but h... view moread sold it for $17k, i felt that since it was their mistake that they should eat that cost. I enjoyed working with the staff at Smart Wheels. I bought a used Fusion for my daughter. If you go in ask for Nick and Scott. Nick was the salesman and Scott was the manager. They were both honest and I know I got a great car for an affordable price. They treated me with respect.
