Horrible Place, Owners do not know how to run a business

These people repossessed my car without warning at all. I wasn?ˆ™t even a payment behind. I had told them that I would be there to make another payment the day before my car was repossessed, but when I arrived (during business hours) they were not there at all. Because they decided to leave early that day they had my car taken that night because they hadn?ˆ™t received the payment I promised. It is not my fault that t... view morehere is no one there during business hours to collect, I even left a message with the mechanic to let them know I was there and I had tried. They let less than $100.00 cost me more than $300.00 because they decided that they would take off 2 hours before normal closing time. Not to mention, the day my car was taken I had tried to call them numerous times, left messages for a call back and still could not get a hold of them until after 12:00pm, 2 hours after their normal opening time. I was also told to be there at opening one day (10:00am) but no one was there and they did not show up until after 11:00am. What kind of business can anyone run if they cannot have good communication between the associates and can?ˆ™t be there when they say they will be open? I will never buy anything from them again!! I will make sure I go somewhere else that acts like a functional business.
