Brian has been detailing my Xterra for at least the past 4 years and has been able to deal with some tough interior stains and dog hair from my syberian husky. You won`t find anyone more professional than Brian. He returned phone calls promptly and arrived exactly when he said he would. With Brian`s attention and knowledge of detailing, my ten-year-old car looks incredible. If you want excellent customer service and extraordinary results, call Brian. Patience + Quality = Neptune is Numero Uno in Customer Service In my job I deal with customers all of the time, some more difficult than others. Believe me when I say I know customer service. Unfortunately I got sick and made quite a mess in the interior of my car. I was worried that the interior would never be restored from the mess. I called Brian and he came to my home assured me that he could completely clean out the car. True to his word, Brian exceeded all of my expectations. The car interior looks impeccable! Brian was so polite, and did an amazing job. I had milk shake spilt in the front seat, and pop tart dried into the back, he has my car looking just like showroom. I wasn`t sure what to expect when I asked to get my car detailed, but Im so glad I did and HIGHLY recommend Brian Davis with Neptune!

Brian come and cleaned the inside of both my daughters jeep and my lexus and did a very impressive job. He spends about 3 hours doing this and is working on the interior of the car the entire time. When I called for prices elsewhere I was advised it would be twice as much as he charges and I would have to drop the car for the entire day. Brian came to our home which made things much easier.
