My family has been Allen Tire Inc customers for 7+ years. We have always visited the same location but recently we have been going to the Forest Hill Ave. location. This past week I needed 4 new tires as well as an oil change for my car - once again, Allen Tire Inc. delivered the same great service we have grown to expect from them. Billy Allen helped advise me on which tires were best for my car and my daily driving... view more, ordered them, called to set up my appointment, and ensured that I was satisfied with the new tires. While waiting for the service to be completed, the shop has wireless which was very nice for my little one to play on the iPad. The gentlemen at the front desk were polite, helpful, and nice to talk to while we waited! Thanks Billy and the Allen family for your continued commitment to your customers.
