Absolutely one of the worse ca...

Absolutely one of the worse car repair experiences of my life. I will never go back, I was told that the job would take 2 hours it took almost 31/2. I asked about the online coupon for a free oil change with the service I was getting which was $275.00. I was told I would get it BUT it was &quot;conveniently&quot; not written down on the work order. I was told I would have to WAIT again! After my car was fixe... view mored the guy fixing it drove it a total of 4 different times, kept &quot;peeking&quot; at me to see if I was noticing (YA I WAS!)...then I was told I would need a front end alignment, and because I need a front end alignment my steering would be &quot;off&quot; how about ...MY STEERING WHEEL IS SIDEWAYS!! LOL! Really?! While I was there customers either were turned away or left because of the wait and the POOR, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEand waiting! &quot;IT IS WHAT IT IS&quot; was all the guy &quot;Eric&quot; kept saying about the bad service and forgetting my oil change. Well I guess this poor review &quot;it what it is&quot; also! I wouldn`t recommend my worst enemy to come to this place. 4043 West Mercury Boulevard Hampton it was this location.
