I went to this dealership after negotiating a price via email. They attempted to lowball me on my trade, then tried to charge me $1000 more than the original quote. The manager was rude and unhelpful, and I left without purchasing a vehicle.

Negative experience

I was not very happy with the customer service at this dealership. We explained out budget to the salesman, because we had cash in hand. He swore to us that they would be able to give us the vehicle we were looking at for the price we needed. We we met with the finance manager, they wouldn`t move off the listing price. We Wasted a whole 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon with my three children in tow. Husband recieved ... view morea call two days later from our salesman, offering the vehicle to us for $3,500 less than the listing price. We went up to the dealership the next morning, which was a 45 minute drive for us, only to find out that the salesman had no authority to offer the vehicle at that price. He had not talked or cleared the offering price with the finance manager or the owner. Thus then, started the blame game, which resulted in both my husband and I leaving with a negative experience.
