Horrible! They lie!

The won`t tell you about the other cost they plan to charge you. When I contacted them for a tow I had broke down on the highway. Stuck! I inquired about the approximate total price from me to the local dealership. I was told $50 total!!! After waiting for 2 hours for a driver that was supposedly "on his way and will be there in 10 minutes with each of my 3 calls to them...," I asked him the same quest... view moreions. He said $50 total. I asked if there was anything else? Again - $50 total! I was charged a little more than twice that amount. The office manager did not apologize or offer to look into the allegation or offer to ensure his staff would make sure future customers would be told of the additional "mileage costs." His answer was: "well even I know about mileage costs." Well I didn`t and figured when I ask for "total costs" that his staff would give me that information. Totally poor & shady business practices! Don`t call Nowells!!!

Do NOT use this company under any circumstances!! They do not know how to follow simply instructions, are incredibly rude and totally unprofessional.

rude driver

One of our customer towed her vehicle down to our shop using nowell`s. Driver asked me where he should drop off the car so I told him that he should take it to the back of the building. When I got out there, car was in the middle of the street. Also, he got the steering dirty by driving it with greasy hand!!! I was not happy with his service.
