Very unhappy with how Roy handles things

I called to make and appointment and they could not have been nicer, dropped the car off, and then they called to give me a quote. I was really busy and just agreed because it seemed ok based on what I asked them to fo fix. When I got there the brakes were not fixed like I asked and the car is still bogged down when you turn the air on even though I asked them to fix that too. When I looked at the break down of p... view morerices, they seemed high but the girl at the counter said it was because I drove an Infinti even though she clearly had no clue. I asked Roy and instead of nicely answering me he said ""You agreed"" and ran out into the garage. Owner is a coward and will not stand behind his shop. If he had nicely explained the inflated prices and why things weren`t fixed instead of just saying ""You agreed"" and running away, I would not be leaving this review. I should have asked for a break down of prices, my fault but assumed they were fixing my cars problems like I asked. You have to address things Roy, it is your business and when you don`t, the Internet makes it easy to share with all your potential and current customers. Running away like you did with me and another reviewer here leaves a bad taste in people`s mouths and makes it look like you are hiding something.

Great Service

I went to Roy`s to have dual exhaust replaced on my truck. I was quoted a very reasonable amount. I recommend if you can, to arrive early due to their first come first serve policy. I dropped off my truck at 7:30am and the work was done at 10:30am.

Overcharge for parts and labor, DO NOT USE Roy Hendricks
Charged over $700 to replace distributor cap, spark plugs, and wires on a 2000 Honda accord EX . about $100 dollars worth of parts. They charged $272 for a distributor I priced from NAPA at $20 to $60. Labor charge was not real time used but average time from 10 vehicles...? C`mon, this was a four cylinder Honda accord with the distributor, plugs and wires ... view moreright in front and easily accesible. They claimed 1 hour to change them , at $40 dollars every 1/2 hour. They charged over 3 hours and 20 minutes of labor when there for 2 hours. When questioned they claimed it is time averaged from industry standards. The owner, Roy, would not come and discuss at front but stayed in the garage area and sent messages through desk jockey. By the way it was my 64 year old mother who had this work done and did not know she was being had by Roy Hendricks. DO NOT USE ROY HENDRICKS MUFLER & AUTOMOTIVE!!!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!

Not only were they extremely friendly, they were fast and reasonably priced! I will always take my car there.
