horrid service - really bad

i took my car in for service. it was diagnosed for a full tune up. when they gave the car back it was worse than before. they took it back charged me a totall of $800, and the car was still running bad. i was advised to have my transmission looked at. thanks....... for nothing. i paid $800 for these guys to tell me my transmission is bad. And that they did not touch. i took it some where else, and they fixed my car. ... view moregood as new. no thanks to volkswagen of springfield virginia.
