I called Quality Tire at the N...

I called Quality Tire at the NW location and got a quote but needed an alignment in addition to the tires. He couldn`t do it before I have to leave to go out of town and suggested the SE location. I called this location and they were very rude and gave me different prices on the tires and warranty. I was trying to understand the difference in quotes/prices and asking questions and he had no interest in talking to me ... view moreand was just hateful. This company has lost my business at both locations after dealing with them for a couple of years. I would rather pay more money and get excellent customer service than deal with hateful people. On a side note, I called Firestone and got a quote for tires that were $10 cheaper than Quality Tire and included the basic services that they offer. So shop around. You might be surprised at the deals you can get with people who actually want your business.
