OK, not great.

Took my car in for transmission tune up (just drove across country), guy gave me a great deal by checking brakes for free. Two problems. Couldn`t take cash, which they should tell you in advance, since who the hell doesn`t take cash? Also, took it for a long test drive and when they came back told me there was no blinking ""maintenance"" light when it was and is still on now. (I`ve got a Honda CRV and it came on... view more at 75k miles, though my local H dealership refuses to admit that it comes on at that mileage, another reason I went to AAMCO instead). To give them the benefit of the doubt, in my experience mechanics ignore those lights entirely unless it`s a check engine light.

All in all, I would probably not go back.
