AWFUL, SERVICE, WORKERS, MESSY, READ ON

They try to be like Nothern VA`s AMAZING dealerships however, they fail miserably in fredericksburg. They are confused and fumble around like this is a Kia dealership. The curbside service was awful. I paid 80,000 Dollars, and they cant say, "HELLO HOW ARE YOU TODAY?" or AT LEAST ACT happy to see you. I bought a brand new car and had it alligned and immediatley had problems with steering, little did I know their alli... view moregnment machines at both VOLVO and MERCEDES were NOT calibrated. They told me not to tell anyone else and that they would replace my tires for free and give me another "free allignment" BUYER BEWARE, IF YOU SPEND THIS MUCH MONEY, BUY QUALITY, LIKE AUDI, LEXUS, LAND ROVER, CADILLAC....Mercedes and Volvo Fredericksburg is notorious for its TERRIBLE SERVICE, management, and sales. NEW OWNERSHIP SAME OLD BAD WAYS. My 2 vehicles 07`s have the worst problems that you would expect after 3 years, they arent lemons just Fredericksburg Volvo and Mercedes serviced vehicles.

I purchased a new vehicle from these guys and it was the most wonderful experience i`ve had in the 25 years i`ve been purchasing vehicles. Joe Bernard was the classiest salesperson we`ve done business with in a long time. He listen to exactly what we wanted, demonstrated the value of the vehicle and didn`t pressure us to buy.
