Don Hill Automotive in Kingsport TN stated me a price on a Mercury Mountaineer that I accepted and started a loan for at ECU. The salesman-Gary- made me the offer of $4000 on the Mountaineer priced at $4900. I accepted the $4000 offer and put in an application at my credit union. The next day, a representative of Don Hill called to inquire about my loan. I told him ECU said it would be the next day before they got... view more back to me. He chatted a bit then told me they had sold the vehicle. They held a Yukon for a week waiting on the down payment and loan papers previously. A few days for the Mountaineer should not have been a problem. The following week I purchased two other vehicle from two other dealers. I don`t recommend Don Hill to any one.
