Costumers should keep this sticker in order to exercise their rights under this warranty. We warrant the installation of your windshield or rear window for as long as you own the vehicle. This means that your new windshield or rear window will be properly installed and sealed by an experienced technician. It will not leak unless it is broken or the car rusts around it, in which case there is no coverage under the warranty. If our original work needs adjustment, we will do it at no cost to you. At Auto Glass Express, we believe our costumer`s satisfaction is our top priority, and we are ready to stand behind our work and to stand behind you, our customer. Warranty in Bonded Glass parts: Does not cover breakage or damage that may occur due to vandalism, theft, "acts of God," owner negligence or self-inflicted damage. Should any defect occur, we will supply and install all necessary parts free of charge. The sealing of any windshield is guaranteed, with the exception of leakage due to the vehicle`s body or rust deterioration. Moving Door Glasses, Vent Glasses, Quarter Glasses, etc. are guaranteed against manufactured defects in materials and workmanship. Electrical and/or mechanical parts are not covered, unless these parts are installed new by Auto Glass Express. In order to exercise your rights under this warranty, all you need is your proof of purchase, or to show the warranty sticker placed on the top right corner of the replaced windshield. Our technicians will correct the defective glass or defective workmanship without charge. We appreciate the opportunity of serving you and sincerely hope you are pleased with the results. good prices but a pain to deal with.

they had the cheapest prices for a Mazda 3 that we could find but after we decided to buy and began paperwork, they weren`t able to give us temporary tags do to some problem in their system. After already being there for 4 hours, they gave us dealer plates so we could drive home and said they would meet us nearby the next day to give us our tags. the next day they said we had to drive back down to Virginia for the ta... view moregs (we live in MD). After the hour long drive, they still didn`t have our tags and we had to wait for an employee to come back to work to unlock his desk so we could finally get our tags and go home. overall good prices but poor service.

I bought my Mazda 3, 2 years a...

I bought my Mazda 3, 2 years ago from Mazda in Annapolis (DO NOT GO THERE!) Had a tire sensor that failed where you screw the cap on. Annapolis wanted to charge me $280.00, Clinton Mazda $260.00 and neither wanted to try to get it coved under warrenty. Less than one minute on the phone with Sean and he said not to worry and they would take care of it. Cost me 7 dollars in Metro fair. They will get all my money a... view morend buisness from now on. Needless to say good and fair people, you can`t go wrong! Thanks again
