Something fishy about the 5 star review...

I find it amusing the last name of the person leaving a five star review after being scored low is randy bell.....Bell Automotive....Randy Bell.....sounds to me like both are one in the same and now , not because of the woman`s bad review would I not take my vehicle there, but the fact the owner would leave a fake review just to discredit the bad review left by an unsatisfied customer. To me this just shows the dish... view moreonesty of the shop and low levels they will stoop. So thank you randy bell , I will not be using your service in the future! Sometimes it`s just best to take in criticism and make a point to do better with future customers.

THE FACT IS I HAVE LOST $2500.00 USING THIS AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP. I WOULD NOT ADVISE A WOMAN TO TAKE HER VEHICLE THEIR. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK. AND IT IS SHABBY.THEY CALL THEMSELVES MECHANICS. I CALL THEM THEIVES.
