I`d give zero stars if I could. By far the worst service experience ever (or not - since I drove off without being assisted). I was truly vexed at the level of un-professionalism. I was disrespected and talked down to. I will never return, and will never recommend that anyone that I know go to Passport BMW. If you are looking for a bad experience, go for it, but if you believe you deserve to be treated like a hu... view moreman being, beware. Unless of course you have a maintenance plan, or your vehicle is still under BMW warranty. Then, they`ll treat you like gold, until the day after all that stuff ends. You`ll be the scum of the earth to them when that happens.
