On a Sunday I had a problem with opening my gas cap on my Mercedes, which was locked and stuck. I was leaving early in the morning for a business trip and needed desperately to put gas in my car. All the Mercedes dealerships were closed so I called Firestone on General Booth Blvd to see if they could help. I met with Bill Cuomo, store manager and showed him my dilemma. He and Chad Wilson, lead technician worked... view more diligently on my car and after several attempts they finally were able to open my gas cap. I was so relieved! They tired everything they could think of and would not give up until the job was done. I was extremely impressed with their friendliness, work ethic, tenacity, and attention to detail. Moreover, they are people you can trust! I highly recommend Firestone on General Booth Blvd., especially, Bill Cuomo and Chad Wilson. Amazing service!
