Bad experience

I have taken my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube on a regular basis for an oil change for quite some time now and usually satisfied with the service because there really isn`t much to just getting the oil changed. On my last visit to them I had the oil changed as per usual. I got home and wondered why the price was a little higher than normal so scanned over the printed receipt when I noticed in the bottom left hand corner... view more there was a note typed in the comments section. It stated that I had an oil leak prior to service and the drain plug would not tighten. It`s a good thing I looked at this because nobody said a word to me about it when I was checking out!! They could have at least mentioned this problem to me because it could have cost me a new engine. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and will not return.
