The company has very good warranty programs and price match on tires. This particular location does not live up to the standard. I started going to this location about 3 years ago because I had purchased their lifetime alignment and road hazard protection in another state. I initially had a lot of issues getting them to fulfill a promised timeline. At one point, one if the employees told me they were a first come... view more first serve store, so the earlier I got there the better. I had decent service over the last year by showing up a few minutes before the store opened, and being the first or second in line. So much for first come first serve. If they take in more work than they can handle in a give day based in staff, and they will, you will be stacked up behind the people from the day before or two days before still waiting in their vehicle. If you are willing to drop your vehicle off for maintenance and come back to get it sometime in the next 36 hours, then this is a great place for you. I recommend finding a different place, maybe even a different Firestone. Today was the last visit I will ever make to this location.
