We received excellent service from this dealership from the scheduling through pick up. Each time our car has been serviced we have been given a list of "things to watch for" and an estimate for the cost. This was quite helpful in budgeting for the work to be done. The service dept. has been straightforward about what repairs are urgent and which items can wait. Also, the price for purchase and installa... view moretion of a set of tires was as reasonable as any other service provider in the area. The shuttle to Metro also minimized any commuting difficulties.

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria has been universally positive. They are pleasant, easy to work with, and perform the work in a timely fashion to the highest of standards. My only quibble is there have been times when it is predictable what will be needed for the repair, but it takes an extra day to actually secure the materials. This is my favorite Mercedes-Benz dealer in the DC Metro area. The people are friendly and professional, the work is done on time and within budget. The free shuttle to and from the metro station, the free loaner car, the free car wash and free access to the internet are all helpful, but it`s the people that makes Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria the right place to take your car for service.

Best Mercedes Dealership around the beltway
