Lew`s Auto Service & Salvage is a family owned and operated business. Lew`s started by providing automotive repair service to the general public. In 1975, a number of our customers began asking if we could install used parts on their vehicles. At the time, it was extremely difficult to find and purchase good quality used parts. In 1985 we purchased our present location and became a salvage dealer to help control the cost and quality of the parts we provided to our customers.We have come a long way from our initial repair/service operation. The yard now stretches over 10 acres, and contains parts for over 50 makes and models. We have gone from looking interchange up in books and having inventory on index cards to a computerized inventory system and internet sales. Lew`s now employs over 14 people. Very Helpful

Im not sure where to begin with this story but I haven`t gotten the opportunity to meet the staff over at Lew`s Auto & Salvage Shop, but I will soon. They have been working on my car (Mr. Culpeper) for a while now, and he is so sure that I will be very please with the results. But to be honest with you people out there, I really don`t care about that as much, they at the shope are very nice people, at least over th... view moree phone. Everytime I call and ask about the status of my car I have gotten nothing but good news. Mr. Culpeper, just by talking to him over the phone, he was so determine to get my car running, and I greatly apprecaite it that. When you have a shop like that, that really cares, that lets you know that they are and are willing to do their best. He sounded so concern, about why my car wasn`t running correctly. So again I dearly apprecite that. I can see that I will be making trips down there to keep the maintence up on my car, thats until I`m able to afford another one and even then I will be driving down there. To bad they aren`t open on the weekends, that would be great for those working people, and those that live a distance away. So I thank ya`ll over at Lew`s Auto & Salvage Shop. Ms. Carter
