The owner of Rick`s Car Care, Rick Kelso, has been in the automotive repair business since 1983 and is an ASE-Certified master auto technician. He also holds factory certifications from GM, Chrysler and Ford Motor Company. Our Norfolk auto repair and service shop wants your business and we are willing to earn it!
