Incredibly friendly!!!
I looked at a few vehicles here, but was living in Florida at the time (I was visiting my fianc?© and wanted him to check out vehicles with me) so I ended up buying on down in FL. I`ve since moved to Petersburg and had a great experience with Priority Nissan`s service department. I brought my vehicle in the have it looked at because the low tire pressure light was on (I have nitrogen in the tires) and I also neede... view mored an oil change. They found a slow leak in the tire, repaired it for free an ended up not charging me for the oil change either. I was also rear ended and they did the repairs, someone called me and when I came in to pick up my car from the collision center i brought it to the repair shop and they sat down with me to explain in more detail what the collision center did and why the vehicle had shut down when I had been rear ended. I`ve never left the sales floor or the service center feeling rushed or unsatisfied.

Highly disappointed customer
I think that this is the worst experience that I have ever had with any kind of business. First of all the customer service is very poor especially if you have a problem and you are trying to call them. My experience was trading a car in and buying a new one. I was told to my face that the reason why my car wasn?ˆ™t worth as much because the transmission had to be replaced. Mind you this transmission was under warranty... view more and it was a Nissan and I?ˆ™m selling it back to a Nissan dealership. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from them make sure you are paying attention because they make you believe that you are paying a different price than you are. They told me specifically that they would handle my registration and that I wouldn?ˆ™t have to do anything from here. ? After 10 days I didn?ˆ™t hear anything and I later learned that I had to get my car inspected because I live in MD and I bought it in VA. I called to ask them if this was true, they didn?ˆ™t know and after 15 mins they finally came back and told me that yes I needed to get the car inspected to start the registration process. Mind you this is 12 days later. My temporary tags were only good for 30 days. They specifically told me on two different occasions that they would send me another set of 30 days tags, never came and I have a voicemail to prove it. They expired July 19 2012. Today is august 27st 2012. I still have yet to receive my tags. I have called many times and could not get an answer from anyone at the dealership so I took it to customer affairs and after all this time I learned that they haven?ˆ™t sent me my tags because I ?ˆ?owed?ˆ? ? the other half of my title to the car I traded in. I feel like they are holding my tags ransom. No one was able to discuss this with me in the beginning and they said I didn?ˆ™t have to do anything dealing with my new registration. Now between the inspection, sending a spare key, getting a new title and I have wasted my time, money and energy just to get my registration done. All this could have been avoided if I had handle it myself. ? I could have done it myself when I got home and save money doing it. I will never recommend anyone to this place and I will surely never do business here again.

Priority Nissan - Chester is A...
Priority Nissan - Chester is AWFUL!! The customer service is poor! They told us that they would transfer our tags. Instead, they cancelled them and ordered new tags...charging us $40 for new tags. (Later, they told us that they would refund that charge.) They paid off loan for the trade-in AFTER we made our last car payment which was due a week after we traded in the old car and purchased the new car. Meaning that th... view moreey didn`t send in the payoff that we discussed in the paperwork. They reduced the payoff by the amount of the last payment that we made so we paid on a car that we no longer had and Priority reduced the payoff amount too. No one from the dealership will return our calls. BUYER BEWARE!! We wish that we had chosen Sheehy instead!
