The owner of Rick`s Car Care, Rick Kelso, has been in the automotive repair business since 1983 and is an ASE-Certified master auto technician. He also holds factory certifications from GM, Chrysler and Ford Motor Company. Our Norfolk auto repair and service shop wants your business and we are willing to earn it! Customers that come through the doors of our Norfolk auto repair and service shop doors can trust that they will be treated fairly and that their vehicles will be handled by highly qualified, factory trained technicians. Our automatic transmission shop is proud to be affiliated with the non-profit organization known as the Automatic Transmission Rebuilder Association (ATRA). As an ATRA member our automatic transmission repair shop adheres to the service and repair definitions which are a part of the ATRA bylaws and code of ethics. Rick`s Car Care pledges to all of our customers that we will not remove a transmission from a vehicle in order to complete a repair unless absolutely necessary. Additionally our shop promises to diagnose transmission problems for all of our local and surrounding area customers in an honest and expert manner. Cant even begin to describ...

Cant even begin to describe the appreciation I have for Rick`s Car Care. Broke my foxbody at the track, Rick came and rescued me and took care of me real well. He even took care of a few minor problems I didn`t even notice. I`m 110% satisfied and will definitly send people his way as well as continue to use Rick as my go to guy when something is wrong. Thanks guys for all the help and work!
