After blowing a tire, I bought a used tire from Emerald for a quick replacement. They were very quick mounting and balancing; however the car shakes like crazy at any moderate speed. They obviously cannot balance a tire properly, or they just don`t care about safety.

On December 20, 2010 and Janua...

On December 20, 2010 and January 25, 2011, I made two transactiosn at Emerald Tires at the Chamberlayne Street location. I purchase tires that i was told were new. I was adamant that I didn`t want used tires. Rico and the Stefania assured me that I was getting new tires. I have made several calls to discuss this matter and come to some resolution. I was fradualently sold tire that I was told were new. The company misrepresented the product verbally and in writing. I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint for fraud with Attorney General, Bob McDonnoll for fraud. Emerald didn`t respond to the complaint from the BBB and received a D- rating from the Better Business Bureau. I believe in honesty in all level. I am very disappointed in the mispresentation of their business products. I demand a refund of $100.00 and have not received one.
