Horrible service!

My wife took her car here for an inspection at noon, she was told they could get her in, in 20 min...she didnt get out until 330Pm! They customer service was terrible. they wouldnt talk to her, kept telling her to wait for someone else to help her. Also to top it off. we strongly believe the young mechanic that was working on her car purposely broke her air filter box with a screw driver because she was asking why it... view more was taking so long. Which we took to get fixed at a Dodge dealer down the rd and they said it was a fresh break recently done.hmmm. These guys are rude and disrespctful to woman and above all tried breaking my wifes 20,000 dollar car!!!!
