Do not come here!!

The knowledge of sales staff is limited to none. The attitude of the techs is poor. I called before I came in and was told 45 minutes. I am currently still here and waiting. The bitched about my work truck having a tool box with "to much weight" to so an oil change just to try and get out of doing it. Not true at all. No different than doing a larger style truck, for real. It`s been over 2.5 hours an... view mored still have tire to change too. Another man was waiting on his truck to get a tire for 1.5 hours then was told they don`t have the tire. So sad is Merchant Tire on Warwick Blvd. Oh ya then half the staff showed up late high as gas, nice huh?
