Absolutely the worst experience with an auto dealership. I bought a car from Sam Clark. He was unprofessional, clueless and did not know about the cars he was selling. My check engine light came on and I was directed to the service department and talked to Chris White, the Service Manager. He seemed completely inept, acted like he had no knowledge of VW and seemed overwhelmed when ever I asked him a question. I waite... view mored in a dirty, dingy waiting room with nothing but a TV and uncomfortable chairs to sit on. When I got in my car after service, it was filthy. This was definitely the worst experience I`ve had in a VW dealership and would not recommend Miller Auto Group to anyone.
