This guy is the greatest! He was very polite and patient on the phone, and I`m grateful for that! Not everyone is an authority on locks like this guy :) After sending a few photos of our confusing Conference Room Conundrum, he advised us on how to try to fix the problem ourselves and it worked like a charm!
