RE: 2006 CADDY DTS I paid ca$h for my purchase simple short and sweet badabing poof paid!! 13g`s plus. I went on a working trip the following week the car was all over the road in heavy rain,inspected tires on front down to 2/32 tread and had flat spots. Your shop inspected this vehicle on 7/26 i bought it**** 8/1 *** so i did not wear out tires in that time frame. I contacted the salesman nason in st jay he said... view more he would call service dept. and contact mike about the issue (NEVER HAPPENED) So i went in for inspection on 8/20 spoke to the svc manager and as I said he was never informed. I talked to the svc manager showed him the pictures of the tires etc, he agreed 13k for a ride I shouldn`t need tires!!!!. Also he said they replaced 2 tire sensors on that vehicle and guess what the 2 do not work ,these are battery operated and stock may not have been rotated ETC. but still it says service tire monitor system on the screen YET still went as a completed job. SO i get the runaround about the tires we will be back to you in 24 hrs(THIS ALSO NEVER HAPPENED) So do you guys like cash paying customers???Why quibble over what amounts to 3 Or 400 small ones?? I run a business as well if this where *YOU* SIMPLE> I would have weighed the options/CA$H CUSTOMER/400$ ISSUE >> simple give the guy some tires and fix sensors> send him to 99 across the street comp. him a lunch while he waits< ,=you have a happy customer (**who pays cash friend who pay cash**) so the wealth outweighs the risk. Instead i get the runaround over a petty amount of small change. If you would like to rectify this contact me I also accept visa m/c and discover ;) But as it stands now I will never do business with any of your dealerships again nor will I sway any business your way. thank you

I didn`t buy my car from them, but I go to their garage for regular maintenance. I have never had a problem with these guys. First summer with my car my air conditioning gave out and I also wanted to get my air filter checked and switch my oil. I went there with $500 hoping that would be enough, knowing my last garage loved to leave the price tag results until the end and then way overprice. The gentlemen at the coun... view moreter actually pointed out a deal they had going on and I left with everything working in about an hour for $120! And if you call to schedule an appointment, they`ll quote you a price that`s pretty spot on, strive to make an appointment that will work for you, and determine if any parts need to be ordered BEFORE you get there. And the staff is so nice. For example, one day I was driving down the road after work and kept hearing this scraping, I had no idea what it was, but it was loud. I pull over to go into Cumberland Farms and when I come out I see this big flat pannel dangling from the bottom of my car, no doubt the cause of the scraping. I walk into Littleton Imports about 20 minutes before they close, no appointment and tell them what the problem is and if there`s anything they can do. They immediately send a guy out, bring it in the shop, tell me what the issue is (apparently it was a splash guard pannel that had lost a clip or screw or something) and they take care of it for me and send me on my way no charge before they close! I`m sticking with this garage :).

the worst dealership in new hampshire... very pushy and a complete rip-off!!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!!
