I am not sure who Whynot435 is, but after investigating I saw they remarked on three glass shops in a small time frame. My guess would be they were some how attached to the only glass shop they gave a good review to. I am not sure, but that may be liable. In my experiences with Legacy Glass, they have not only been polite, helpful and the most reasonably priced, but they have done exceptional work for me.
