400$ for having your window housing fixed - they initially said it would be 315 $ which I thought was a bit high considering the part was $115- then they charged 89$ for a diagnostic fee - what a crock of _____. Should that be included in the initial price. I will never return and recommend going somewhere else

excellent service

I have used Shearer Chevrolet for years for both sales and service. The service dept. has always been professional and courteous. My wife recently had an emergency repair done and because the car was tied up overnite they gave her a free rental car. They are the best in my book.
