Mountain West Truck Center at 1475 West 2100 South, SLC, UT does not deserve any business from anybody or any company. We have used their services for many years, and every time I am in there I ask myself, "Why do I come here? They treat the customers terrible and they`re very expensive--not to mention they take a long time to do the repairs?" This last time they quoted us over $8,000 for a repair that we t... view morehen had done at Six States for $2,700. Several times I mentioned that I was not comfortable with the diagnostics and that I wanted to go to another place, and they made it very difficult and uncomfortable for me. I continued to request my keys to take it to Six States, without being successful. I finally grabbed my other set of keys and took my truck to Six States, and had it back in a timely fashion and for a lot less money. Mountain West had also quoted additional repairs for the transmission that were not needed, verified by Six States and by us after driving it again for several weeks and not having any issues or leaks with the transmission mid case seal. Not good so far

We have a oil line leaking. We got to Volvo at 10 in the morning it is 10 at night now and we are still not in the shop. These people care nothing about the driver or how long you`ve been here. Please go some were else
