Today while trying to retrieve my daughters car that was reported stolen on the 27th. Quick Tow recovered my car on the 28th. They had been informed of my ownership back on July 29th the day after the towed Jessicas car. They wait to tell you they have your car till they have over 500 dollars in """"Storage Fees"""" then send you a letter informaing you they have your car. I recieved my certified letter on Aug 6t... view moreh at 50 dollars a day ""storage"". Upon removing any items with my personal information Dave Mortenson threatened me with the police and tresspassing. if I didnt pay him, or give him the title the vehicle. Dave finally went ot personal insults, when I was trying to be civil and polite. Never use these guys, Never.

Rip-off artists, scam, beware

My son`s car broke down in Taylorsville Thursday afternoon about 4:30 pm. He rolled into a parking lot and there was a sign about needing a tow? So he called and they came out and loaded the car on the flatbed. My daughter had gone to pick him up and away to Farmington they drove. On the highway they passed the tow truck on the pulled off, but kept going. The cost went from $134 to $451 and they closed at 5:00 and weren`t open on weekends. I was steamed!!! A couple hours later my son`s bank called about noticing unusual activity on his card and wanted to inform him about it. He explained what was happening and the bank informed him that they (the bank) had a red flag on this business for poor transactions, thus they had refused the funds. Good to know the bank was doing its job, but they just cost my son over $300. The next day went to get car out of hock and they wouldn`t release it for the $451 cash owed nor tow it to Farmington, because my son had threaten them with a lawyer. He left. Arriving at work at 1:00 pm he gets a call from the manager saying he was sorry for the harsh words, come back and he would tow the car himself and knock off $50. Nice try, but you didn`t win my favors! I offer the following advice: 1) run the card for payment before anyone leaves, if denied, ask for another card. 2) Have you employees be better at customer friendliness (my son said the tow truck driver was very rude). 3) We are all having a bad money period, lets help each other out, not take one`s neighbor for everything they have. My family shall never use this outfit again!!!

Unethical, Crooks, and Cheats

While moving our sister into her townhouse in Murray a tow truck from this disgusting company pulled up in front of our truck which had not been left unattended and stuck a chain onto the truck hitch and demanded $70.00 not to tow the vehicle away. The driver would not give his name, license info, or certification. The HOA has posted signs about vehicles being left overnight without permits being towed at owner`s e... view morexpense. He didn`t care that we were moving someone in, or that we had every right to be there while unloading. We had to involve the police. Neighbors came out of their homes to complain that they are being preyed upon daily by this racket. I would recommend that if you fall victim to this scam business that you report it to the Utah Division of Administrative Rules at 801.538.3764 and file a complaint with the BBB.

Stolen Gas, Illegal Tow, Rude, Drugged out Employees

I just had my truck towed while running food into some friends - after calling I was told my truck was towed from a parking lot about a block away. Next day, I was given an address to come pick up my truck. Inside the office, the employees were extremely rude and so drugged out their speech was nothing but a slur and wouldn`t answer any questions as to why my truck was towed. They forced me to sign a paper stating my... view more vehicle wasn`t damaged, but wouldn`t let me see my truck beforehand. After signing, I was directed to another lot 43 blocks south. After asking the attendant there why I was towed, I was lied to and told I was warned about getting towed and that I tried to hide my truck from them. To top it off, after I started my truck and realized I no longer had a full tank, but a low fuel light. I had a full tank of gasoline (25 gallons) siphoned out of my tank. I was told I had signed a paper stating everything was in order and there was nothing they could do.

Very rude employees.

My brother recently died in a car wreck. Quick tow towing was very rude to me when I wanted to see his car. They gave me the run around. Then asked why I wanted to see the car. What jerks. They will never recieve my business.
