called to see if they would add an additive (1 pint) that I sell for me when the oil change was being done. i was told sure. when i came in and set the quart of additive in the engine compartment of my car, one of them threw the box on the ground and completely ignored what i tried to tell him. I let them finish the oil change, but I will never have anything to do with these freaks again. Untrained apes.

I don`t like bringing in my ca...

I don`t like bringing in my car for service, but the Jiffy Lube in Wauconda really surprised me. They changed the oil in about 10 minutes and didn`t try to sell me stuff I did not need. They did point out what Toyota said needed to be done but they let me decide and didn`t push. It was alot better experience than the Toyota Dealer.
