Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service

Murray police contacted Car Care Towing when my parents had an accident. They were incredibly unprofessional in there handling of the fee (the price changed constantly---always went up), hung up on my mom multiple times, weren`t easy to work with, and didn`t seem to communicate at all within the organization.
