Mitchell`s have always done good work on my cars. Recently, my ""check engine"" light was on. Sears Automotive misdiagnosed the scanner code and were ready to charge me $1100 to replace my spark plugs and coil packs. At Mitchell`s, they found that the O2 sensor on the catalytic converter was bad, and fixed it for much cheaper. The problem had nothing to do with spark plugs or coil packs. I was very pleased with my service. I went in, they fixed my problem in one day, and they didn`t over price. I don`t know why the other reviewer thinks that ANY place would do something like that. Come on, Really?
